As an early-identified professional with ADHD, Dyslexia, and Sensory Processing issues, Dave Thompson has been an educator, innovator, & advocate in the field of Neurodiversity Employment for well over a decade.

As Director of Strategic Programs for Potentia Workforce, Dave supports companies in becoming more neuroinclusive through training on best practices, as well as recruiting & providing ongoing support to ND professionals.

Dave seeks to witness the world of work continue to evolve through increased opportunity, flexibility, empathy, acceptance, support & appreciation for neurodiversity at work.

Outside work, Dave is a proud dad, husband, & former New Yorker living in Nashville, TN with his family.
